We had a parade of Krispie treat ads during the Halloween season and the cavalcade continues right into the season of plenty. To be honest, I never thought of Rice Krispie treats as a Thanksgiving food, but in 1941 Kellogg's had a different idea because that year they ran this little turkey-day themed advertisement complete with a cliche Indian. Nothing like racial stereotypes as appetizer for the coming feast.
